*We do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been personalized with a monogram or company logo.

* There is a difference between airlines damage and a defective item. Always check the bag upon pickup, and contact the carrier if damage is found from travel.

* items that are sent back past the 30 day return period will get credit for the products current selling price. (Only if the item has been marked down to a lower price)
