a really helpful item to have. i am always forgetting things, i write it down and then lose the piece of paper i wrote it on. this has solved my problem, it has a slot in back that holds my pen and a pocket for extra cards. they even sell the extra "things to do" refills. or do like i do and just use 3" x 5" index cards beacause they fit just as well.
